I’m Lam, a Digital Designer based in Saigon. Before discovering my passion for UX/UI, I spent over 7 years in the F&B industry as a Head Roaster for global brands like % Arabica.

To me, coffee was my first "product". I obsessed over the details recording every gram and every second of the brewing process to ensure the perfect cup. But I also learned that the true experience extends far beyond the product itself; it's shaped by the atmosphere, the interactions, and the subtle friction points in the environment.

I realized this mindset deep observation, systems thinking, and relentless attention to detail is exactly what drives great design. Now, I leverage my operational logic and visual storytelling to build intuitive digital experiences, solving problems at scale for a much larger audience.
